Internship
As an intern you will be part of a company that’s expanding their business and developing their internal organization. You will be able to contribute to setting up processes, procedures, help drive the business through your talent and grow our people to their fullest potential. The internships list given below is not exhaustive but enough to provide a flavor of project opportunities at HPSBV.
Business Intern
Location: Paramaribo – Suriname
Duration: 5 to 6 months
Minimum qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s program or currently enrolled in a master’s program.
- Ability to speak and write in Dutch / English fluently
Preferred Qualifications
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to closely collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, and with external suppliers.
- Fast and adaptive learner.
- Strong critical thinking / problem solving aptitude.
- Affinity with and knowledge of business processes management.

Your mission at HPSBV
As a Business Intern and valuable member of our team you will be concentrating one of these possible projects listed below:
- Research and prepare the application for the ISO9001 certification for quality management systems.
- Research and help preparing a proof of concept for E-learning in Suriname.
- Research and compare which information systems are available and adaptable for the management of our building in Paramaribo. We need information systems in place for the following main areas: Facility Management, Security Management and ICT ServiceDesk Management
