Eco Caribbean NV functions as our Special Purpose Entity (SPE) for acquisitions and/or collaborations. This entity was founded in 2009 with a primarily focus on Sustainable Environment related projects in Suriname and the Caribbean. No activities commenced and it was parked as a shelf company. The shares of this entity were acquired in November 2018. Since then this entity was/is instrumental in the acquisition and management several group entities.
As of now Eco Caribbean NV is not involved in commercial activities. Currently all legal and tax assessments are being conducted and implemented to promote this entity as the parent company for all the entities in Suriname. For information please send an e-mail to eco.caribbean@hpsbv.com
