The Shared Service Center (SSC) is able in providing back- and frontend office support and services. The current business units and different entities involved in the various numbers of projects are already provided with the required back- and frontend office support and services.
The unit makes sure that the right resources and management information is available at the right time to facilitate the decision-making-process for stakeholders. Having this organised centrally helps us to be as efficient and effective als possible in our multi-office, domains and locations executions.
The SSC is also equipped and focused to provide support and services to third party projects. The aim is to become a profit center for HPS as well.
